The 30th edition of The Venoge Festival in Penthaz, based in the French speaking part of Switzerland (Vaud) has unveiled the lineup for its next festival edition, scheduled from August 12th to 15th 2026.

More than 40 artists will perform on the three stages of the Gros-de-Vaud open air festival, in addition to the already announced appearance of David Guetta. The open-air festival will see Lisa Stansfield, performing for the first time at this festival on 13th August. Other artists performing at the festival will be PLK, Josman, Magic System, Damso, Rilès, Suzane, Mosimann, Sabrina, and Ophélie Winter. 

Last summer, the Venoge Festival saw record attendance. The event attracted 50,000 people, thanks in particular to two sold-out evenings. I
t hopes to draw in a bigger crowd this year.

The Monte-Carlo Summer Festival has unveiled its 2026 line-up, running from 3rd July to 15th August across the Salle des Étoiles at Sporting Monte-Carlo and the Opéra Garnier.
Curated by SBM Group Artistic Director Alfonso Ciulla, the programme spans soul, pop, R&B, French chanson and rock, with some of the biggest names in contemporary music.​T

A series of photographic portraits of high-profile artists have gone on display before they are auctioned to raise funds for a charity supporting homeless people.

One Step Closer by Marco Sanges is being exhibited for the first time at the Dimbola Museum in Freshwater, Isle of Wight.

Lisa Stansfield along with Bob Geldof, Elizabeth McGovern, Jeremy Irons, Brian Cox, Gyles Brandreth and Clare Balding are among those who posed for close-ups.

Funds raised from the auction will go to Under One Sky, a London-based not-for-profit charity set up to support the homeless community.

The Dimbola was once the home of celebrated Victorian photographer Julia Margaret Cameron.

It is now a museum owned and run by the Julia Margaret Cameron Trust charity, with galleries dedicated to her life and work.

It also showcases contemporary exhibitions from photographers around the world.

Mr Sanges said creating the project was a "deeply spiritual experience, comprised of intense emotions that were as contrastingly dark and light as the portraits themselves".

This collaborative exhibit runs from 2nd February until 18 May, 2025.

Red Carpet intereview of Lisa at The Nordoff - Robbins Silver Clef Awards 2024 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London

Lisa Stansfield, was honored with the inaugural Northern Icon Award at the first-ever Nordoff & Robbins Northern Music Awards. The ceremony took place on April 23, 2024, at Manchester's Albert Hall to celebrate musical talent from the North of England while raising funds for music therapy. 

The awards, run by the music therapy charity Nordoff and Robbins, with winners including the former One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson – who beat Sam Fender and Self Esteem to pick up artist of the year – the Courteeners, Aitch and Mel C.

Awards were presented by New Order, the former footballer Gary Neville and the mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham.

Speaking to the Guardian before picking up the northern icon award on Tuesday evening, Lisa Stansfield said it was “disgusting” how hard the government had made it for young people to get a start in the music industry.

​The wait for new music is officially over! Today, Lisa Stansfield took over the legendary BBC Maida Vale Studios for a very special Valentine’s Day edition of Radio 2’s Piano Room.

Accompanied by the world-class BBC Concert Orchestra, Lisa delivered a set that was both a celebration of her legacy and a bold step into her next chapter.

The Main Event: "My Man"
The biggest surprise of the morning was the world premiere of a brand-new track titled "My Man." Written by Lisa and Ian Devaney, it’s a sophisticated, soulful mid-tempo groove that immediately feels like a Stansfield classic.

When host Vernon Kay asked about the new material, Lisa revealed:

"We write all the time but we just thought why not just go for it... It's usually four years between our albums, but we had lockdown so we don't count that."

The Full Setlist
Lisa’s three-song set showcased her incredible range and that signature "Northern Soul" grit:

"Change": A lush, orchestral reimagining of her 1991 global hit.
"You’ll Never Find Another Love Like Mine": A velvet-smooth cover of the Lou Rawls classic.
"My Man": The first taste of Lisa's upcoming studio album.

The chemistry between Lisa and the orchestra was undeniable. From the sweeping strings on "Change" to the effortless cool of "My Man," it’s clear that Lisa's voice is in peak form. If this is a preview of the new album (the follow-up to 2018's Deeper), we are in for a masterpiece.
