You were amazing and voted in your numbers all week. We're pleased to announce that by a majority vote of almost 19%, the fans favourite Lisa remix is "Change (Frankie Knuckles Mix)". This is also an amazing tribute to the man who recently passed away, however his music and spirit most certainly lives on.

"Change" still remains as one of my personal all time favourite tracks (along with it's two classy videos). At the time of it's release in 1991, when Lisa was promoting the single, I was extremely fortunate to get her to personally sign a copy for me at a London TV studios.

Record Store Day came into being in 2007 when over 700 independent stores in the USA came together to celebrate their unique culture. The UK followed suit and on 19th April 2014 will see the seventh celebration of the UK's unique independent sector. This is the one day that all of the independently owned record stores come together with artists to celebrate the art of music. Special vinyl and CD releases and various promotional products are made exclusively for the day and hundreds of artists across the globe make special appearances and performances. Festivities include performances, meet & greets with artists, DJ's, in store quizzes and many other events.
