Throwback Thursday - Back to 1987

Most hardcore fans will know that Lisa was in a band called Blue Zone with her then band mate (now husband) the one and only Ian Devaney and their other band mate Andy Morris. 

This video of "On Fire" was taken from their debut album Big Thing and released in October 1987. It included a non-album track, "Be the Sugar" written and produced by Blue Zone.  
Unfortunately, shortly after the release of the single, a fire broke out at London's Kings Cross St. Pancras station on 18 November 1987. Just as the single started climbing up the charts, their record company decided to withdraw the single out of respect and in the wake of the disaster. Blue Zone's career changed somewhat. What followed thereafter with Blue zone, well you all know... the rest is just history!
